YCare Day is back for its 2nd edition
YCare Day is an initiative is designed for young people from 6 to 18 years old who have a family member with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and aims to support them and equip them to face the challenges of the disease.
The event offers hands-on training on ALS care equipment, with participants moving from one station to the next alongside their peers. This interactive format promotes learning, mutual support, and confidence in a stimulating and friendly environment.
Supported by a multidisciplinary team, the activity also fosters friendships and support networks that are essential for young caregivers.
