Description

Discover the power of Journaling, an approach that combines writing, drawing, crafting, and personal reflection to explore thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. During this workshop, you will learn about the benefits of this practice, hear real-life examples, and be invited to try a few writing exercises in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

This workshop is open to anyone touched by ALS. People living with ALS, caregivers, and those who are coping with loss are welcome. The activities are flexible and can be adapted to each participant’s abilities, needs, and level of independence. No experience is required.

You are welcome to participate in the exercises at your own pace and in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
