As Quebec winter sets in, Christine, affected by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) since June 2025, experienced an extraordinary moment filled with joy: fulfilling her dream of visiting Walt Disney World.
How? Thanks to the Seize the day program supported by the Tenaquip Foundation. This enabled Christine to fly to Florida last December, accompanied by her son and two friends. Under the sun of this enchanting park, surrounded by her loved ones, she created memories that will remain forever etched in her heart.

The Seize the day Program, supported by the Tenaquip Foundation
Thanks to this financial assistance program made possible by the generosity of the Tenaquip Foundation since 2017, people affected by ALS can experience unforgettable moments with their loved ones and create lasting memories.
In 2025, 37 of our members saw their wish come true and were able to enjoy activities such as sailing, escaping to a cottage, ice fishing, going to the movies, having a family picnic, or taking a trip.
This program reminds families that joy, connection, and shared moments remain possible, even while living with ALS.
