Join us for the 3rd ALS 101 Workshop: Coping skills with ALS.

The ALS 101 Workshops are a series of workshops designed specifically for people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and their loved ones in need of information related to the disease. These workshops, which take place over three consecutive weeks (from 1:30 to 3 p.m.), are a valuable opportunity to exchange, learn and find support among peers.

The final workshop in the series will address the following theme:

Coping skills with ALS

  • Date: Tuesday, April 2
  • Time: 1:30 to 3 p.m.
  • Where: Zoom

If you have already participated in the first two workshops, we strongly encourage your participation in this last session, so that you can fully benefit from the collaborative experience and continuity of information shared.

We look forward to welcoming you to these enriching workshops and to sharing these moments with you. Together, we can strengthen our knowledge, our ties and our mutual support in this journey against ALS.
