Join us for the 3rd ALS 101 Workshop: Coping skills with ALS.

The ALS 101 Workshops are a series of workshops designed specifically for people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and their loved ones in need of information related to the disease. These workshops, which take place over three consecutive weeks (from 1 to 3 p.m.), are a valuable opportunity to exchange, learn and find support among peers.


The final workshop in the series will address the following theme:
