The story behind Snowman Joe

In November 2000, Louise Boucher built Snowman Joe in honor of her father Joseph, who died a few days earlier of ALS.

Since then, the Boucher family has been helping to raise awareness on ALS every year by building Snowman Joe, and by raising funds to help families affected by the disease.
