Guide to provincial and federal tax measures for people with disabilities, their families and their loved ones
You can now consult the new edition of the Guide to provincial and federal tax measures for people with disabilities, their families and their loved ones (in french). This guide, designed by the Office des personnes handicapées du Québec in collaboration with Revenu Québec, the Canada Revenue Agency and Retraite Québec, presents the changes applicable for the 2021 taxation year.
A valuable source of information
The Guide presents all the relevant provincial and federal tax measures and contains all the information needed to file an income tax return. The guide takes the form of practical fact sheets that can be consulted directly on the Office’s website. Each sheet explains what the measure is, its eligibility criteria and how to benefit from it. Both the provincial and federal measures are divided into five separate sections, making them quick and easy to consult. The Office also offers adapted versions of the Guide, upon request.
